IP45 Wave Rocker

The Wave Rocker is a multi-user inclusive seesaw that can be used by up to 6 children at a time!

We have designed a gentle rocking system for IP45, which helps avoid sudden movement. There are 4 seats with more space for 2 users on the central pad. The central pad has been designed at wheelchair transfer height. The pad features 6 hand slots and ‘hold on tight’ routed in braille at both ends. The hand and foot rails, covered in easy grip, avoid slippage. The addition of stoppers on the ends of the rails, keeps hands and feet securely in place. Ergonomic seat provide support and a tactile bubble design on the Wave Rocker adds to the visual experience.

Steel

Steel products are hot dip galvanized and, where applicable, powder coated. The galvanizing process we use is continuous. This means the dipping and powder coating is completed within the same building. Because there is no transportation used in-between processes, the result is an extra durable finish that is impervious to rust.

Fixings

The fixings we use are Stainless Steel 304 grade or galvanized as standard. There may be a need to upgrade to Stainless Steel 316 for a small additional charge, depending on the installation location.

HDPE

The panels on this product are made from High Density Polyethene sheets. HDPE is 100% recyclable and non-toxic. This low maintenance material is resistant to fading, moisture, weather, stain, and graffiti.
